Position: Operator

Reports to: Lead Operator

Summary: At the direction of the lead operator, responsible for daily plant activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Operate all processes associated with the plant.
2. Operate DCS (computer control system) for the plant.
3. Follow procedures for plant start-up, shutdown, cleaning and batching.
4. Keep accurate and timely logs.
5. Respond to collected data and make adjustment to optimize plant operation.
6. Keep plant facilities clean.
7. Brief on-coming shift on activities during shift and activities during the next shift.
8. Do quality control test on product streams.
9. Complete any and all tasks assigned by the lead operator.

Monitor all processes in the plant: wetfeed, scrubber
